Currently I recieve over 60 non-spam email messages during the week, and it's difficult (if not sometimes impossible) to manage these messages, let alone respond to each one individually. What it all comes down to is the quality and complexity of the original email, and how busy I am at the time. If it's something I can answer right away I will do so. If it's something I have to do research, it might take a while. Also, if the email itseft is vague or unclear, it may never happen at all. Sorry!
Here are a few guidelines that might help:
- Don't ask a question in the subject line or leave the subject line blank. It will get caught in my spam filter.
- Try to be clear and persice with the question(s) you may have.
- Please keep the questions within the scope of computer related technology.
